Meet Sampson, the tall, lanky goofball who is pretty sure he's a baby giraffe in a dog suit. At 5 years old, this maybe-Mastiff mix is all legs, all heart, and could stand to gain a few snack-sponsored pounds in his future home. Who Sampson Is Sampson is a happy, friendly guy who thinks every person he meets is a long-lost best friend and every walk is a grand adventure. Volunteers have been showing him the ropes, and he's loving his leash lessons and nature walks on the trail. • Big, lanky “gentle giant in training”. • Social, people-loving personality. • Eager to learn and soak up praise and treats. What He's Looking For Sampson is ready for a family who will help him fill out his frame, polish his manners, and teach him all the cozy perks of being a real house dog. With a bit more training and a lot of love, he's bound to become that devoted, goofy sidekick who makes you laugh every single day.
