Meet Toot! Toot is a 1½-year-old Rat Terrier mix weighing about 15 pounds. He’s a sweet, happy boy with a lot of potential and an eagerness to learn. Toot loves other dogs and would do best in a home with a canine playmate who can help build his confidence and keep him active. He’s still working on his house-training skills, so he’ll need a patient family willing to continue his training and celebrate his progress. Toot is a smart little guy who wants to learn and is ready to become the best companion he can be. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal for Toot, giving him space to run, play, and explore safely.
