(Austin Texas Adoption Only) Elanor – A Little Heroine with a Big Heart :light_blue_heart: Just like her namesake from The Lord of the Rings, Elanor’s story is one of courage, resilience, and hope. This gorgeous Siamese lynx point tortie snowshoe kitten has already overcome more than most kittens ever should. When Elanor first came into rescue, she suffered from a serious medical issue that required veterinary intervention, including stitches to repair an injury near her bottom. Through it all, she remained remarkably sweet and trusting. With excellent veterinary care and plenty of love, she has healed beautifully and has been cleared to begin searching for her forever family. Today, Elanor doesn’t let her difficult start define her. Instead, she’s busy being exactly what a kitten should be—playful, curious, and full of life. She loves chasing toys, pouncing on anything that moves, and turning ordinary moments into adventures. When playtime is over, she’s happiest curled up in a warm lap or snuggled next to her favorite person. As one of our SOS Comfort Kitties, Elanor has a special gift for making people feel loved. She seeks out attention, enjoys being held, and has the affectionate, people-oriented personality that makes Siamese mixes so beloved. Her journey is a testament to her strength and spirit. From a kitten who needed medical care and extra support to a healthy, happy little girl ready for a family of her own, Elanor has proven she’s a fighter with a heart of gold.
