We want to introduce you to Tink… a 1.5 year old Yorkie who has already endured more pain than any dog ever should Tink was found as a stray and brought to our friends at GCAS in absolutely heartbreaking condition. Her fur was so severely matted that it cut off circulation to her back leg… causing it to become necrotic and septic. Let that sink in. This wasn’t just neglect — this was prolonged suffering. GCAS reached out to us immediately because Tink needed urgent medical intervention to save her life. The only option was an emergency leg amputation. Despite everything she’s been through, Tink is sweet, gentle, and fighting. She deserves a chance to live a life free from pain — to run, to play, to be loved the way she always should have been But we can’t do this alone.
