Friskies is a handsome 2-year-old boy with a gentle heart and a shy personality. New people and new situations can be a little overwhelming for him, so he'll need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. The good news? Friskies has already made incredible progress during his short time at our adoption center. Just a few weeks ago, he kept mostly to himself. Now, he eagerly greets our volunteers at dinnertime, weaving around their legs and asking for attention. Deep down, Friskies wants love and affection. He enjoys pets and companionship, but he needs the chance to get to know you first. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality begins to shine. If you're willing to let Friskies move at his own pace, you'll have the privilege of watching him blossom into a loving companion.
