Bodhi's story hasn't been the easiest. This handsome Domestic Long Hair arrived at Macomb County Animal Control with a painful laceration under his left front leg. While he may have had a rough start, Bodhi never let it dim his sweet and loving personality. After receiving the care he needed, his wound has fully healed, and he's finally ready to find the forever home he deserves.Bodhi is a gentle soul who absolutely loves attention. Whether you're petting him, brushing his beautiful coat, or simply spending quiet time together, he's happiest when he's close to his people. His affectionate nature makes it easy to fall in love with him.Because of everything he's been through, Bodhi would do best with slow, proper introductions to any resident pets. Given time and patience, he has the potential to settle comfortably into a home with other animals.We recommend children ages 5 and up who can understand and respect his gentle nature.Bodhi has already overcome so much.
