Meet Fawn Meet FawnFawn came into the shelter as a stray, and sadly, no one ever came back for her. She arrived wearing a collar, which means she was once someone's beloved companion. Now she's left wondering why she's here while she waits for a second chance at a forever home.Estimated to be around 3–4 years old, Fawn is full of life and ready to start living again. She would make the perfect hiking partner, walking buddy, or companion for someone with an active lifestyle. Fawn loves people, seeks affection, and truly enjoys being around her humans.Like many shelter dogs, Fawn will need some basic training and structure, as it appears she may not have had much guidance in her previous home. With consistency, patience, and love, this girl has so much potential to thrive.Fawn recently participated in a dog meet and greet and did well. If she goes to a home with another dog, she would do best with a canine companion that enjoys the same active, playful lifestyle she does. A meet and greet with any resident dog is required to help ensure they're a good match. Cats are unknown. Fawn would do best in a home without small children.Fawn is ready to leave shelter life behind and find someone willing to give her the fresh start she deserves. If you have another dog at home, please plan to bring them for a meet-and-greet before completing the adoption. Adoption fees: 6 months and younger: $250 7 months–5 years: $200 6–10 years: $150 11 years and older: $100 Watch for adoption specials!
