Sadie here! I'm quite the happy-go-lucky gal. I love just about everything I come across, toys, blankets, people, cuddles, tutus, you name it! I tend to dislike cats (they're just so small!) but I like other pups, especially when we get to play together outside. I'm looking to find a family who likes to be on the go, a life full of fun and adventures. I would probaby do better with a life with no small kiddos, but I can be BFFs with some teenagers! Please read below for more information: Adoptions: We are open by *scheduled appointment only*. Adoptable pets can be viewed online at www.petharbor.com. Masks are required to enter the building. Please come prepared with a leash/collar, cat carrier, etc for your appointment. The shelter provides a sample bag of Hill's pet food thanks to their shelter program. To schedule an appointment, first fill out an application at dmcasf.org/adoption-application. Once staff have reviewed your application, we will call you as soon as we are able. Please allow 2-3 additional days to process your application due to limited staff. Missing Pet: If your family is missing a pet, please visit www.petharbor.com to view the impounded animal's descriptions and photos to confirm if your pet is at the shelter. If you see your pet, please call us at 217-425-4508, you may need to leave a voice mail due to limited staff. You may call to schedule a time to look through our stray area.
