Meet Elsa! Elsa is a small Border Collie mix with the most beautiful crystal-blue eyes and a heart full of love. She is a very sweet girl who enjoys being around people, but she can be nervous when meeting new friends or experiencing new things. Elsa will do best with a patient family that can give her time to feel comfortable and build confidence. One of Elsa's favorite things is water! She loves splashing around and diving into little pools whenever she gets the chance. Elsa is also quite athletic and can easily jump a 6-foot fence, so she will need a secure environment and supervision when outside. Once she trusts you, Elsa is a loving and loyal companion who will happily be by your side.
