He is a medium energy guy who loves spending time outdoors, soaking up sunshine, exploring the yard, and playing with his people. He is looking for a forever family who will love him as much as he loves them. Harvey can be a little shy when first meeting new dogs but warms up quickly and loves having canine companions to play with. He has not been tested with cats but shows no prey drive, so he would likely do just fine with a feline sibling. He has been around kids ages three to sixteen and absolutely loves them, making him a wonderful fit for a family home. Harvey is a smart, eager to please boy who is making great progress every day. He is mostly crate trained and does well eating his meals in his crate. He is getting the hang of alerting to go outside and does best when taken out every few hours on a consistent routine. He is building confidence on leash and continuing to improve with more practice and new environments. This sweet, sun-loving boy is ready to trade foster life for a forever home.
