Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here! Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure they can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes. He can't wait to get his own humans in the DC area for sniffy walks and romps in parks and world exploration - there's so much he wants to do and see!
