Hi there! My name is Mako . I am a 7 year old, spayed female, beautiful german shepherd mix that currently weighs 74lbs. I am friendly, affectionate, and eager to share my love and enjoy spending time with people the most. I am a sweet senior that comes with opinions, I would prefer to be the only dog to live out my golden years but with the right canine companion match, I may be open to share my forever home. I also would do best in a household with older kids please to live out my retirement in peace and serenity. My gentle nature and loving personality make me a wonderful companion for a family or an individual looking for a loyal best friend. I am ready to bring on cuddles and lots of unconditional love, so come down and ask for more information about me, and please bring everyone in the household, including any resident dogs, to meet me before taking me home with you! You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available . It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around! Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.
