Echo (A142263) is a 2-year-old Akita mix who weighed 70.4 pounds on intake! 05/25/26 This elegant girl is Echo! Echo was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of her own. She was described as a shy but friendly girl. She does have the naughty habit of jumping on people, but her surrendering owner has been working on it. She was said to be curious about babies and to do well with children in the home. Echo was also said to be playful with cats, but has no experience with other dogs. Please ensure you are making slow, safe, and controlled introductions with all new people and children to help set her up for success. Echo was said to be housebroken, ride well in a car, and know a few basic commands, such as sit. She does have a few naughty tendencies like getting into the trash and chewing on things.
