Zeus is looking for a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide him with the care and support he needs. He is experiencing hematuria (blood in the urine), most likely secondary to heartworm disease, though additional conditions such as prostatitis or neoplasia cannot be ruled out at this time. Zeus will require further diagnostics and ongoing veterinary care, as he is not a candidate for heartworm treatment in the shelter setting.With proper medical care and a stable environment, Zeus has the opportunity to become more comfortable and receive the treatment he needs.This animal is at risk for euthanasia.
