Fred is a handsome boy who is very chill but also a little shy. Fred was living outside a rehab facility where a kind resident was feeding him. Once his benefactor moved poor Fred was left to fend for himself. Luckily another kind person came along and brought Fred to King Street Cats. Fred is ready to find his forever home. He will likely enjoy a quieter home where he can relax and look out the window to safely watch the outside world.
