LUNA is a beautiful, happy and energetic 2 year old German Shepherd who loves life and everyone she meets. She was surrendered to CompAnimals Pet Rescue when her family had landlord issues. Luna is very people friendly, and lives with children ages 7-12 in her foster home. She is very food motivated, knows SIT and crates quietly overnight. Walking with a leash, she is strong. But, as all smart shepherds, will enjoy training classes, and will benefit from continued structure and guidance. She can be reactive towards other dogs on walks but has had brief positive interactions with male dogs. Luna would make a wonderful family dog. She has a very nice temperament, no handling issues, and she is very people friendly. She would be best as an only pet but could possibly live with a laid-back male dog.
