She was brought to the shelter by a Good Samaritan who witnessed someone dumping her from a van in a public park. Despite that heartbreaking experience, Valley hasn't lost her faith in people. At 3 years old, Valley is the ultimate mix of sweet, goofy, and endlessly affectionate.
