Tommy is a sweet 10-week-old kitten who was brought to Rockwall Adoptions in the hopes of finding the loving forever family he deserves. Right now, this tiny guy is busy fighting an upper respiratory virus, so he is not available for adoption just yet. While he focuses on resting, healing, and getting stronger every day, Tommy is soaking up all the love and care he can get from shelter staff. Once Tommy is feeling better and medically cleared, he will be available for adoption with an approved online adoption application. His adoption fee will be $75 and includes his neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, boosters appropriate for his age, and first dewormer. Because Tommy is still too young for surgery, his adopter will need to bring him back to RAC at 12 weeks old for his neuter and rabies vaccination appointment. He is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th so please plan accordingly. Tommy may not be ready for his forever home quite yet, but we know his future family is out there just waiting to meet him. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
