Meet Buddy, a big, fluffy survivor with a larger-than-life personality. Buddy was found outside at just 12 weeks old with a broken leg, but he never let his rough start slow him down. Since then, he’s grown into a handsome, confident boy who knows exactly what he wants: attention, affection, and a home where he can truly rule the roost. Buddy may come across as tough at first, but once he trusts you, he becomes an incredibly sweet and cuddly companion. He loves being close to his people and will happily curl up beside you at bedtime sleeping with his favorite humans is one of his favorite things. Because of his strong, dominant personality, Buddy would do best as the only pet in the home, or with another confident cat that can handle rough-and-tumble play. He’s not shy about setting boundaries and likes to be in charge, so he’ll thrive with someone who understands cat behavior and appreciates a spirited feline. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, a fluffy coat, and plenty of personality, Buddy might just be your perfect match. PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters. Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.
