Sweet Bane came to us from a family that had moved in with in-laws and was planning to move again. He was very thin but has already gained over a pound in just two weeks. Bane is a super sweet guy, very mellow and accepting of other animals and children. He loves attention and is an indoor only kitty, though he might eventually enjoy sitting on the porch in the sunshine. We were worried about Bane's thinness when we got him so had a blood panel done. He showed no signs of kidney or thyroid disease and we think he had just been stressed by all the changes in his family situation. He is still quite mobile and shows no signs of arthritis or other senior issues. Honestly, this is a great companion cat who will bring much joy to an individual or family.
