Meet Nova - Gentle Soul Seeking a Softer World Nova is a calm, gentle, and incredibly sweet girl who walks beautifully on a loose leash. She knows `sit,` is eager to please, and is likely housetrained-she takes care of business right away. She also loves checking in for pets and will happily stay close like a polite little shadow. Nova is a soft, sensitive girl who isn`t a fan of the noisy kennel life. She may come out a bit hesitant at first, but she quickly warms up into a loving, affectionate companion who just wants to be near her people and soak up kindness. She went on a Doggy Day Out recently, got to explore Tingley Beach, look at ducks, and accept the pets and admiration of a number of people fishing at the pond. At home, she quietly settled down after a walk around the neighborhood, waited for her host to do a few chores, and then happily jumped into the car for the next adventure. She rode quietly to meet two new dogs in a big back yard. All were chill, happy to hang out and explore together before Nova headed back to the kennel. She enjoys treats and is learning to take them more gently-just needs a little reminder sometimes. She also seems friendly with other dogs at the fence, but a meet and greet is recommended to ensure the best match. Shelter life? Not her favorite. Nova politely refuses to go back to her kennel and is clearly hoping someone will notice her and say, `Yep, you`re coming home with me.` Nova is the kind of dog who just needs a quiet, loving home to truly shine. If you`re looking for a loyal, tender-hearted companion who will stick close and love deeply, she`s ready to leave the kennel behind and start her next chapter with you.
