At 2.5 years of age, she hopes she finds her forever home soon. Billie was spayed in January 2026 and is now ready to find a forever human of her own. She can be a little shy at first, which is understandable considering her past and even her calico personality traits. Once she feels safe, she enjoys companionship on her own terms. She would be perfect for someone wanting a companion cat that enjoys visiting inside but may not want to be indoors 24/7. She could also make a wonderful shop kitty, barn companion, or possibly even adjust to full-time indoor spoiling with patience and love. Our rescue helps the cats that often would not make it in a shelter setting, but we can only continue helping the next ones in need when we find good homes for the ones already in our care. We have taken in over 600 animals in 2024, and we desperately need good adopters, fosters, and sponsors to keep the doors open. No matter what type of setting you have, if you are looking to save a feline, we can find one for you to help. It typically it cost us $60-80 to fully vet a feline and $80-120 to vet a canine depending on size and health conditions and sex.
