Violetta is a beautiful short-haired brown tabby mama with a gentle heart and a sweet soul. Her estimated date of birth is 8/11/2025, making her a very young mama when she had her 5 kittens. She had hidden them all over the house; in chairs and recliners. She was not experienced at all, however once she came to Wild Blue she relaxed in her new foster home, and together with her foster, she cared for her kittens until they were ready to find their own forever home. Now it is her turn to find her perfect forever home. While Violetta can be very shy at first and lacks a bit of confidence, all she truly needs is patience, kindness, and time to feel safe. It took her a while to fully warm up to her foster mom, but once she did, her loving personality completely blossomed. Violetta may hiss occasionally, but it is never out of aggression--it's simply her nervous way of reacting when she feels unsure or scared. In fact, that hiss is often quickly followed by her rubbing against your legs looking for comfort and affection. Once she trusts you, she happily asks for attention and enjoys pets, cuddles, and playtime. Despite being a young mom, Violetta still has a playful kitten side and loves chasing toys and having fun. She enjoys both wet and dry food and would thrive in a calm, understanding home that will allow her to come out of her shell at her own pace. She prefers a safe cubby while she relaxes in new surroundings, and would probably do better in a home with older understanding kids. Once Violetta feels safe, she becomes one of the sweetest, most affectionate companions you could ask for. She is up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV. She had her vet exam, been dewormed, and been microchipped and spayed. Please note: kittens may NOT be adopted as a Barn Cat nor be outdoors unsupervised as they are too young to know how to protect themselves.
