Meet Mochi! Mochi is a handsome 1-year-old gray and white boy who's looking for his forever home! Full of youthful energy and charm, he loves to play, explore, and make new friends. After a fun day of chasing toys and investigating every corner, he's happy to curl up nearby for pets and attention. With his soft gray and white coat and sweet personality, Mochi is the perfect combination of playful and affectionate. He's curious, loving, and ready to become a loyal companion to a lucky family. This sweet boy is searching for a home where he'll be loved, spoiled, and included as part of the family. Mochi is on-site and available for introductions during open adoption hours. The adoption paperwork can be completed now with your new pet able to go home as soon as the spay/neuter procedure has been completed. Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
