Gentle, quiet, and deeply affectionate once she feels safe, she's the type of companion who will bond closely with her person and offer a calm, comforting presence in the home. She arrived at the shelter through no fault of her own, and the transition has been incredibly overwhelming for her. The shelter environment has left Serena very frightened — she's often seen trembling, unsure of her surroundings. It's clear she's used to the comfort of a home and is struggling without that sense of security. She takes comfort in companionship and would thrive in a quieter environment.
