Meet Primrose! Primrose is a female domestic short-haired kitten was brought to RAC after being found in downtown Rockwall on 5/8/26. She will be available for pre-adoption on 05/21/26 (6 weeks old) and ready to go home on 05/28/26. At this age, Primrose will need a home prepared for a young kitten. Ideally, one that can provide time, attention, play, and a safe environment as she grows. Her adoption fee is $75, which includes her spay, microchip, rabies vaccine, first FVRCP booster, and first dewormer. She is scheduled for her spay on 7/8/26 at 12 weeks old, which is non-negotiable per Texas state law. An approved application is required prior to meet and greets and adoption. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
