Beautiful and very friendly, a real "people cat", Casper was surrendered by his family due to allergies. He loves being pet and wants to be near people. He previously lived with dogs, another cat and children, and the previous owner said he is good with children of all ages. He has very long hair that can mat if not cared for properly, so he will need regular brushing or combing to keep it from getting matted. Matted fur can become painful. For this reason, I have him listed as special needs. He loves gentle brushing, but he dislikes it if you try removing the mats. He is shy of strange or loud noises. Loves playing with toys and human attention and loves climbing up to high places, so a tall post or cat shelves up high would be a plus.
