Rosalyn is a very sweet who is with one of our sister rescues in LA and can come to NJ with a foster or adopter. Rosalyn is the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart. This sweet, tender-hearted staffy mix is that just-right size — big enough to feel like a “real” dog, but compact enough to fit seamlessly into your life. She arrived at the shelter with scars and cuts across her face and body, but despite everything she’s been through, Rosalyn chooses love every time. She leans into gentle affection, soaking up kindness like she’s been waiting her whole life for it. Rosalyn has a soft, submissive nature and gets along beautifully with other dogs. She appears unbothered by cats and quickly became a volunteer favorite for her calm, loving demeanor (and yes, her appreciation for treats doesn’t hurt). In her foster home, she’s been doing wonderfully — nearly perfect with her potty training, with no accidents in her crate and only occasional ones outside. Rosalyn doesn’t need much — just a safe place, a gentle hand, and someone to love her back. After everything she’s endured, she’s still all heart. If you’re looking for a loyal, easygoing companion who will truly appreciate you, Rosalyn is waiting. Rosalyn is up to date on vaccines and has finished his heartworm treatment. She has been spayed and has a microchip. Her adoption donation is $500. Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animals have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
