Ethel’s world changed overnight when the mom she loved so dearly passed away. For 9 years, Ethel lived a life filled with love, comfort, and the security of knowing she belonged. She and the other beloved cats in the home were treated like queens and kings — cherished family members who never doubted they were adored. Then suddenly, everything changed. Now this sweet girl is hoping someone will open their heart and give her the second chance she deserves. Ethel is the daughter of Willow, and our biggest dream would be to see them adopted together. They have already lost the person they loved most in the world, and being able to keep this precious little family together would truly be an answer to prayer. Even better — they can be adopted together for the adoption fee of one. This beautiful girl has so much life and love left to give. Ethel is affectionate, social, and loves following her people from room to room just to be near them. She wants to be involved in your day, your conversations, and your life. And speaking of conversations… Ethel absolutely has the gift of gab! She is a talker through and through and will happily “chat” with you about everything. Whatever your opinions are, Ethel promises she agrees completely. She just wants someone to talk to again. Older cats are so often overlooked, but those who adopt them will tell you there is something incredibly special about the quiet gratitude and deep companionship they bring.
