Charlie is a 3–4 year old Chihuahua mix with bright eyes, a wagging tail, and one of the happiest personalities you’ll ever come across. Unfortunately, not everyone is looking for a happy-go-lucky little guy, and poor Charlie keeps getting passed over for simply being… Charlie. This boy would thrive with an active family who will include him in everyday adventures and welcome him as part of the team. He’s full of love, full of life, and guaranteed to keep a smile on your face. Rescue dogs are not broken.
