If you’re looking for a cat with movie-star looks and a personality big enough to fill your whole home, then let me introduce myself. My name is Rivers, and I come as part of a duo with my lovely companion, Joan. I am one heck of a charmer. I’m not only a gorgeous boy, but I also have the sweetest, gentlest soul you could ever hope to meet. And yes… I love to talk. A lot. What can I say? It’s part of who I am! I always seem to have something important to tell you. In fact, half my photos are with my mouth open because I’m busy chatting away. I adore people. Petting, attention, companionship—I love it all. I just want to be close to my humans and included in their everyday life. Whether I’m following you around the house, carrying on a conversation, or curling up nearby, I promise to fill your home with love, warmth, and plenty of entertainment. Life hasn’t always been easy for Joan and me. After our previous owner was evicted, we were sadly left behind and left to fend for ourselves. Thankfully, we were rescued before it was too late, and now we’re getting the second chance we deserve. This time, though, we’re hoping for something real. Something forever. We’ve already known heartbreak once. Now we’re just looking for a family who will love us for the rest of our lives—the way we’ll love them right back.
