05/16/26 This large cohort of mice were found as strays in a tote along the dyke and were brought to the shelter, where they waited out their stray hold and are now ready to move onto their next homes! IF you are not fmailiar with mouse care, we highly encourage doing some research prior to adopting. These mice, in particular, do not appear to be hand tame. It is likely that they were raised as feeders. Remember that mice are free to adopt if taking 5 or fewer! These little rodents are very entertaining to watch! The boys are also very eager to escape, so make sure the lid of your enclosure is tightly secured! If you are interested in taking one or five of these critters home, please give us a call!
