05/26/26 18:22 At 1 week recheck, incision clean/dry intact. At 2 week recheck, mild dehiscence noted at FHO site likely due to patient licking/self trauma. Patient started on oral antibiotics and has elizabethan collar. Still in need of urgent rescue for physical therapy and rehabilitation for R pelvic limbn. 05/18/26 14:59 DTM negative - clear of ringworm. Patient in need of urgent rescue still for rehabilitation and physical therapy post-operatively. 05/04/26 18:25 FHO (femnoral head ostectomy) performed at shelter on the RIGHT hip to treat chronic luxation. Patient in need of urgent rescue for rehabilitation and physical therapy post-operatively and continued RW treatment. 4/15/2026 This cat is currently under the care of the San José Animal Services Center and is seeking rescue placement due to medical needs that exceed the shelter's current capacity. Diagnosed with ringworm (dermatophytosis) 4/15, URI resolved. Right hip luxation requiring surgical intervention. This patient will need a femoral head ostectomy (FHO) to restore comfort and mobility.
