DOB: August 2023 Weight: 39 lbs Disposition: Outgoing, Energetic, Fun-Loving History: Phoenix was two years old when she arrived at Soi Dog Foundation in August 2025 after being transferred from the Phuket Government Dog Pound as a potential rehoming case. She came to TBL in February 2026 to find her forever family. Meet Phoenix, a stunning rescue from our partner, Soi Dog Foundation in Thailand. With her striking crystal blue eye, unique ridge along her back, and compact 39-pound frame, Phoenix turns heads everywhere she goes. We see Husky, Thai Ridgeback, and maybe even a little Aussie in this beautiful mix—but whatever her breed makeup, she's 100% special. Just shy of her third birthday, Phoenix has quickly become a volunteer favorite at The Barking Lot. She’s confident, friendly, and incredibly easy to spend time with. Whether she's joining volunteers on hiking adventures, hanging out in her playgroup, or meeting new people, Phoenix consistently shows what a well-rounded dog she is.
