Meet Luvs, a resilient sweetheart with a calm spirit and so much love to give. Luvs was found living behind a Love’s truck stop, where kind locals cared for her and made sure she was fed while she survived outdoor life. Because the outdoors is all she has really known, she may need a little time and patience to adjust to a new home and trust her surroundings. Once Luvs feels comfortable, her gentle personality begins to shine. She enjoys being loved on, accepts scratches with quiet happiness, and has a wonderfully chill nature that makes her easy to relax around. One of her favorite things is finding a cozy lap to curl up in if you sit down, don’t be surprised if Luvs decides that’s her invitation to join you. Luvs is looking for a patient, understanding home where she can continue learning that indoor life is safe, warm, and full of love. In return, she’ll reward you with sweet companionship and peaceful moments by your side. PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters. Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.
