Meet Ms. Lancer! Ms. Lancer is a 5-year-old, 7-pound bundle of love looking for her forever family. Because of her tiny size, we are requiring a home with no children under 12 years old. This sweet little girl has the happiest personality and a heart full of affection. Ms. Lancer loves giving kisses, being held, and spending time with her people. She truly thrives on companionship and is happiest when she can be close to the ones she loves. Ms. Lancer gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playing with her canine friends. She also loves toys and can often be found happily entertaining herself or joining in on playtime. When it's time to rest, she enjoys snuggling under blankets or curling up in a cozy dog bed. She is silly, funny, wiggly, and full of charm. Her joyful spirit and loving nature make her an all-around amazing companion. She has so much love to give and is sure to bring endless happiness to the lucky family who adopts her. Because Ms. Lancer spent a long time surviving as a stray, she can be a little food-motivated. She currently eats from a slow-feeder bowl and is fed separately from other dogs. Her adopter should continue this routine in a multi-dog household, as she may try to sample everyone else's meals in addition to her own. Ms. Lancer is still working on her house-training skills, but she is excellent at using potty pads and continues to make progress every day. As a small dog with a coat that requires upkeep, Ms. Lancer will need regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best. Routine brushing and professional grooming appointments will help keep her coat healthy and comfortable.
