Learn more here Blanket – Gentle, Sensitive, and Ready to Blossom Blanket is a 3-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier weighing 72 pounds with a gentle soul and a sweet, sensitive nature. Shelter life has been overwhelming for him, but in foster care he’s beginning to relax and show the loving companion he truly is. Quietly social: Blanket enjoys being wherever his people are. While he may occasionally step away if approached too directly, he always comes back immediately to sit nearby, showing that he loves companionship as he builds confidence. Wonderful with respectful people: Though he appears to prefer a quiet home, Blanket really enjoys the company of dog-savvy teenagers in his foster home, hanging around wherever the action is. Dog-social: Blanket is also social with other dogs. He happily walks alongside a canine companion and appears much more comfortable exploring the world with a dog friend by his side. With kindness, encouragement, and preferably a confident canine companion, this sweet boy is sure to become a loyal and devoted friend.
