Meet Spooky! After spending seven years in a home, Spooky found herself starting over and was understandably a little shy when she first arrived. With time and patience, she has truly come out of her shell and shown us what a wonderful companion she can be. Spooky enjoys attention and affection, but she prefers to receive it on her own terms. She isn’t a fan of being picked up, but she’ll happily come to you when she’s ready for pets and companionship. There’s something special about earning the trust of a cat like Spooky—when she chooses to spend time with you, it’s clear she genuinely enjoys your company. Spooky would love a home that understands and respects her independent nature while giving her plenty of opportunities to seek out affection when she wants it.
