Meet Luna When Luna first arrived, she was scared, shy, and needed gentle encouragement to come out of her shell. A few months later, she's blossoming into a happy, playful girl! Luna loves the women in her home right away and just needs a little extra time to warm up to men. She's house-trained, sleeps quietly outside of a crate, and walks beautifully on a leash. While she's still a bit sensitive to sudden surprises, Luna's personality shines brighter every day. She'll even dance and jump for joy when her favorite people grab the leash! Sweet, gentle, and low-key, Luna is ready to find a patient family who will help her continue building her confidence and enjoy the happy life she deserves. Nor do we work on a "first come first served" basis, but rather strive to find the best match for the personality of each dog. As part of our adoption process, references both personal and veterinarian will be checked. Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore we only adopt to our local WNY region. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting as placing each foster dog in the best home takes time and effort by our volunteers.
