Meet Layla. She is a joyful young girl with the perfect mix of working dog smarts and water dog fun. She weighs 44 pounds and is 1 year old. Layla is house trained, crate trained, rides wonderfully in the car, and is happily working on her leash manners. Layla is dog-friendly, great with kids who can handle her exuberant energy, and absolutely craves affection from her people. Smart, playful, and eager to learn, she is ready to bring adventure, laughter, and lots of love to her next chapter. Don’t delay, apply today! The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age. **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
