Meet Shade, the two and a half month old black Domestic Shorthair with a sweet white spot on his neck and a personality that makes him pretty much the perfect kitten in every way! This energetic and curious boy approaches life with enthusiasm, whether that means investigating something new, racing his sisters for the prime spot on the cat tree, or settling into a lap for some cuddle time. Shade is an absolute toy fanatic and loves furry mice, ping pong balls, and his ball tower, throwing himself into playtime with total joy. He plays beautifully with the adult cat in his household and is outgoing and confident with visitors, greeting new people with curiosity rather than caution. He is also food motivated with a particular love for his wet food, making mealtime a daily highlight. When it is time to relax, Shade becomes a genuine cuddle bug, settling into laps for pets and naps, lounging in his hammock, or perching behind you on the sofa to playfully bat at your hair while you watch television. He loves his family close by and will let you know if he feels left alone too long, so a household with company around is ideal for this social little guy. Shade is playful, loving, confident, and completely unfazed by new things or loud noises, making him a wonderfully adaptable addition to nearly any home.
