This two month old black and white Domestic Shorthair was bottle raised from the very beginning, which means he is exceptionally social, deeply affectionate, and absolutely loves being around people. Raven is adorable, fun loving, and cuddly, with a purr motor that runs at full volume whenever he is happy, which is most of the time. He uses his litter box without any issues and has already mastered the art of wrestling, tumbling, and play fighting with the kind of enthusiasm that makes kitten season so entertaining to watch. He loves chasing toys, exploring his surroundings, and generally treating every day like a brand new adventure. Being bottle raised has given Raven a wonderfully easygoing and trusting nature, and he is comfortable being held, cuddled, and handled in a way that makes him a great fit for families of all kinds, including homes with gentle children. He is ready to bring his playful energy and big personality into a home that wants a loving and entertaining little companion. Raven would do beautifully in a home with another playful kitten or cat to keep him company, or as a beloved only pet who gets plenty of attention. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
