Harvey is a tiny sweet boy! He is a little shy at 1st meeting, but loves to play and will purr like crazy once you give him pets and scratches! He needs someone who is willing to be patient with his comfort level, but he will for sure end up becoming your best friend for sure! He definitely loves his humans, just takes some patience!
