Meet Rachel, a sweet 12-year-old girl with a laid-back personality! From our volunteer observations, Rachel seems to be social with other dogs and enjoyed some play in the yard. She has good manners, walks well on leash, and loves to cuddle and get pets from her human friends. Come meet Rachel today! Due to capacity at the shelter, this pet is currently at risk for euthanasia. We are urgently seeking placement through adoption, foster, or approved rescue.
