Meet Mabel! Mabel is a sweet, gentle Chihuahua looking for her perfect forever home. She has a loving heart and adores being close to her people. Mabel is happiest when she's sharing love and companionship, whether it's snuggling on the couch, curling up beside you at bedtime, or simply following you around the house. Mabel gains confidence from having other dogs around and would thrive in a home with canine siblings. She absolutely loves following her foster dog siblings everywhere they go and looks to them for comfort and reassurance. Having another friendly, confident dog in the home helps her feel safe and secure. Like many sensitive dogs, Mabel can be a little nervous in new situations. She is still working through occasional submissive or nervous peeing, but she has made wonderful progress and continues to grow more confident every day. She will do best with a patient, understanding family that will give her the time, encouragement, and consistency she needs to continue blossoming. When she's not cuddling, Mabel enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves running around the yard, exploring at her own pace, and soaking up the sunshine during a good sunbathing session. Mabel is looking for a home with another dog companion and people who will appreciate her gentle nature and help her build confidence.
