Meet Shadow Shadow is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix looking for a new living situation and a soft place to land. Would you like to foster her while we look for her forever home? We pay for all expenses and guide you through the process. This sweet little girl would do best in a quieter home with no small children — older kids or a calm adult home would likely make her happiest. She gets along well with other dogs. Honestly, it’s very clear Shadow was once someone’s beloved pet. She knows the words “potty,” “bedtime,” “treats,” “sit,” and “down.” She’s wonderfully familiar with car rides and absolutely loves curling up on laps for cuddles. Shadow is the kind of dog who just wants to be close to her people and feel safe and loved again. We know this transition has been confusing for her, but she’s handling it with so much sweetness and trust. Please help us find this deserving girl the peaceful forever home she deserves.
