About

Looking for your next furry BFF? We don’t have perfect dogs — but we do have dogs who are perfect for the right someone. Our goal is to match each dog with the home that fits them best and each home with the dog that will sing to your heart. Ready to adopt? Complete an application at www.carolinapoodlerescue.org/application Foster location: Dreamweaver Farms, Pacolet, SC Weight: 54 lbs Height: 24 in at the shoulder Spayed/Neutered: Yes Adoption Fee: $699 Fence needed? Yes, Meatball requires a physically fenced yard Want To Know More About Me? Text Meatball to 864-441-9075 for my full story and photos - we'll send everything you need to know! Here's Your Quick Peek: Meatball is a big, fluffy doodle (our best guess) with a soft heart who is still learning that the world is a safe place. He can be a little unsure at first, but with time and patience, he becomes a loving, loyal companion who wants nothing more than to be close to his person. Please note - if you want to skip the text and go straight to the application, you can find the link here: www.carolinapoodlerescue.org/application/ Must have: Patient, experienced adopter and a securely fenced yard Exercise: Daily walks, structured play, and mental enrichment Best with: A confident female dog and a calm, structured home Not ideal for: Homes with male dogs, young children, or first-time dog owners Energy level: Medium Meatball was found as a stray so we don't know anything about his past. What we know is based on our experiences with him in rescue - a sweet, sensitive dog who bonds deeply with his people and thrives with routine, structure, and reassurance as he builds confidence. Good with dogs: Selective – does best with female dogs Good with kids: Unknown (likely older, dog-savvy children only) Cats: Unknown Fun fact: Meatball is a total “Velcro dog” who will happily stick by your side once he trusts you Potential Adopters Dogs can’t drive - and since we’re busy taking care of them, we can’t either! Please check your potential BFF’s location and make sure you’re comfortable traveling to meet them. Want updates and ways to help?
