Rosie (TX) is a female lab mix who was estimated by our veterinary partner to be 1 year old at the time of intake in Jan 2026 .. Rosie is good with people and other dogs. Rosie was shot and thrown away like garbage but we found her and nursed her back to health! She is thriving in NY at her foster and looking for her forever home.
