About

Maelle (tuxedo, F) and Lune (tabby, F) are two beautiful sisters, and they love each other to the moon and back! Having spent most of their life (prior to foster care) inside a crate, these two are very shy. Don’t underestimate them, though! These girls will surprise you every day, clearly showing how caring they are: they start following you around everywhere, meowing at you, and resting by you! Maelle has very sensitive skin, which can act up and manifest as thicker patches of skin. Aside from itchiness, it doesn’t seem to cause her any issues, and it eventually calms down and goes away as allergens in the area lessen. She’s extremely sweet and sassy. She loves a good chin and butt scratch! Once she gets to know you, she becomes a little cuddle bug. Lune is a true scaredy-cat, but once she gets to know you, she will greet you and follow you around. Eventually, she will cuddle up on you and you will feel so trusted! She does not like being picked up at all, but she does like to rest next to you. She enjoys cheek scratches, especially after a nice quiet nap! She’s a true junglecat, always on the prowl for some fun. Catch her pouncing on toys, or chilling inside the darkest nook in the room. Playtime is essential for both of them. No matter how unsure they are of their new environments, you can always get them out of their shell with wiggly worms and small puff balls! When they’re done having fun, they turn to each other for a relaxing cuddle sesh. These girls would do great in a household that’s experienced with cats, but they will be just as happy with a committed first-time cat owner. Maelle & Lune are waiting for their forever home!
