Perla is the kind of dog who bonds deeply and loves even deeper. Once she trusts you, she is all in and wants to be as close as possible at all times. If you're looking for a shadow, she's your girl. She is affectionate, people-focused, and happiest when she is included in everything you do. Perla is treat motivated, takes treats gently, housetrained, and knows her basic commands, though she can get easily distracted when the world gets exciting. She loves long walks and room to run and play. Perla does best in a home where she can receive stability, structure, and companionship so she can truly thrive. * Would do best in a home without cats or small animals * Would possibly enjoy a well matched dog companion after slow and proper introductions * Older children/teens recommended due to her playful energy * Would thrive with an adopter who works from home or has a schedule that allows for plenty of companionship and activity Perla will make an incredibly devoted companion.
